About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Client Service Phone Operator to join our team. This is a part time role (12:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.) with the ability to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answers busy phones on a digital telephone system.
  • Assists callers in identifying needs and routes calls appropriately.
  • Takes detailed messages regarding client’s IT support issues.
  • Dispenses general information about the company to callers.

  • You have a pleasant phone manner and good communication skills.
  • Like working independently with little supervision.
  • You are dependable and have great attention to detail.
  • You have prior experience in a call center or receptionist role.
  • You have a calming demeanor.
