Long Island’s Vanderbilt Museum is a combination of mansion, museum, and planetarium. With so many seasonal events, activities and shows occurring daily, they needed a website that made it easy for visitors to find what they were looking regardless of whether they were searching from a mobile device or desktop computer.
Our Digital Marketing team worked with Vanderbilt to create a new, clutter-free responsive design that automatically adapts to any size screen, including iPads and mobile devices. The new design makes it easy for visitors to find the hours of operation, browse available planetarium shows, and find events happening on specific days. We also conducted in-depth research to identify the target keywords most likely to help people find Vanderbilt in organic search engine results.
Since the site launch we have continued to work with Vanderbilt on their digital marketing efforts by providing on-going website support, monitoring site traffic and analytics, and providing recommendations on how to appeal directly to their target demographic.
