I have to say that every single person who I have spoken with or had the opportunity to work with at Flexible has been wonderful. I had a problem yesterday that wound up in Jake’s lap and he was tireless, efficient, skilled, and wonderful to work with until the issue was solved.

I have had the pleasure of working with Joe on a case and he went above and beyond. Guy is a champ and helped us immensely. Couldn’t have done it without him. By and large I feel really positively about every onsite guy Flexible sends.
I was spending an inordinate amount of time trying to resolve IT problems the employees were complaining about. Our vendor at the time would come in, fix the problem, go away, and a week later we had the same problem. I was spending more and more of my time on IT issues rather than servicing our clients. Having a system that is stable, working well, and allowing our employees to do their job and service our clients is the single biggest benefit of working with Flexible Systems.
Flexible gives us great service and support… They maintain a proactive approach and are always willing to help us find better ways to do things.
The one thing I can say about Flexible Systems is that they are proactive. We are very happy with the attentiveness of their team. Our infrastructure was growing exponentially and we couldn’t keep up with the pace. Flexible provided an IT environment without us having to dedicate internal resources.
Flexible’s helpdesk has been fantastic. Everyone has been kind, professional and works hard to get the issue resolved.
Both Nick & Freddy, were wonderful to work with on the installation of new computers. They not only showed patience with some of us who are not “computer savvy” and also took the time to answer questions. Nick even accepted a phone call from me today, while he was out in the field, to help me with a problem and it was solved from the phone call. Two very nice young men who obviously know their jobs. The both of them were helpful, respectful, knowledgeable and overall great to work with.
We truly appreciate everything Flexible has done for us and will continue to do for us. You guys are truly patient with all of our technical problems, and we are amazed at the fact that you all get the job done so quickly. It is much appreciated.

Prior to working with Flexible Systems we had problems with the computers, printers, and our network every day. We relied on our software company for support, and sometimes they would not call us back for days. Now we run seamlessly. Flexible constantly monitors the system so that when something goes wrong, they know about it before I do.

Jim handles our account and is very knowledgeable about services that could be beneficial to us. He has been more than helpful in our transition from our old system. Travis is our “go-to” guy for any serious issues that we may have here. He handles every task we throw at him with speed and accuracy and I believe our experience with Flexible Systems would not be the same without him. The customer service provided by this team is second to none.
We have built a trust between [our] organizations where we view Flexible more as employees and not a vendor. Flexible is extremely reliable and dependable.
I really appreciate Dave and that he is receptive to feedback and constructive criticism. I know that if I provide Dave with feedback that he will work to make changes as needed. Dave has also been up front with us and which is important so that we can improve as our business grows.
I left a message to say I had a problem with my computer on Friday night. Saturday morning, Tim from IT Support, called me and was exceedingly polite, professional and was truly a great representation of your company. He then transferred me to Eddie at your Help Desk and again, I was treated like royalty. Eddie stayed with me until he solved the problem and was so pleasant to deal with.
I had an excellent phone call with Flexible this morning. The turnaround time by Flexible was amazing.
Flexible took such good care of us after Super Storm Sandy that I am even happier and more proud of our business relationship than I was before.
Keith really demonstrated amazing customer service. He was extremely patient while working through the process with us. After he left the first time and was ½ hour into his trip back he immediately turned around when we were having another issue with the copier and sleep mode. Very pleased with his service and that everyone is back up printing with our new copier.
