Flexible Business Systems is proud to offer the AppleCare Technician Training Boot Camp, providing you with all the information you need to prepare for the Apple Macintosh Service Exam, and the Mac OS 10.5 Troubleshooting Exam. Students need to take both exams to gain Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) Certification.
The 5-day course includes:
- Hands-on take-apart training with modern Apple hardware;
- Technician safety;
- Troubleshooting techniques;
- Apple diagnostics, and more.
We keep the class size small -- a maximum of 8 students. On the last day of class, we invite the students to take the ACMT exam for only $100 -- that's 33% off the regular price. This is an intermediate level course. Some experience with the Mac OS and prior hardware service is a plus.
Students are provided with their own Technician Tool Kit which is theirs to keep at the end of class (a $350 value!).
This course is for anyone interested in becoming an ACMT Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for institutions that are interested in becoming a Self Servicing Provider. For current Self Servicing Providers it is an opportunity to add additional Certified Technicians. It is also for technicians who work for, or are thinking of working for, an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
The cost for the course is $3500 and includes the Tool Kit and Training Manuals. We also offer to proctor the ACMT and OS 10.5 Troubleshooting Exam on the last day of the course. Proctored exams are $100 each (normally $150; 2 are required).

30 - 16 days notice = 50% refund
15 days notice or less = 0% refund
